Mr. Hsu formerly served as a Civil Law Court Notary Public at the Taiwan Tainan District Court and is qualified to practice law in Taiwan. He previously practiced at a leading international law firm in Taipei. During his tenure, he advised numerous foreign clients and managed a wide array of English-language legal matters. Mr. Hsu earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands through an English-taught program, authoring his master’s thesis entirely in English. Demonstrating his high level of English proficiency, he holds a TOEFL score of 108 out of 120.

Additionally, Mr. Hsu has served as a judge for various international English-language moot court competitions, including the prestigious Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and the International Criminal Court (ICC) Moot Court Competition.
